The connecting with the circling arrow just continues even all night long. Yahoo customer care is no help. Nohing else wrong with my win 7 PC. This began in next sign in try after upgrading from Yahoo Classic. I can get in using other computers.

Hello,
Since you can access your account from other computers, the issue is due to either a problem with the settings in your computer or your web browser. However, likely the latter. I would suggest going through some basic browser troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.
Additionally, you can us a different supported web browser.
