NEED HELP WITH PAYPAL (INDIA)?

I had registered a paypal(india) account. I'm 20 and have not yet created a bank account. So can i do transaction without adding credit card and purpose code? And by the way, what is purpose code?

MY PURPOSE OF USING PAYPAL.

I have earned Rs.845 by doing survey online. I need to redeem money through paypal and buy a domain for my website with the earned money. Is that possible?

    You can't use balance in PayPal India account. It has to be withdrawn to bank account

    You'll need to add credit card to purchase anything online. There's no other provision

    all rules are clearly explained on PAYPAL site. thing is they need u to register a bank account with them so that ur money can be deposited into the account. this goes thru a verification by PAYPAL taking some amount and u confirming the amount taken to them online. once this is done, they will put the amount back.

    this is for tax related rules that indian govt has put on PAYPAL..

    second purpose code is for bank to know what type of business u do on paypal. so this can be software exports, services, online shops etc.

    u ned to find urs.. thats all.
