Since you need a job to get approved for an apartment, how about a sublease or roommate? No approval?

Could I still find an apartment if someone is looking for a roommate or a sublease? Or do I need to still have to meet some type of approval?

Nearly every landlord will require a credit

check, background check, and criminal background check on every adult moving into their property. You will be required to be on lease.

Even if you find a person who owns the house themselves....they are totally not going to rent to someone who doesn't have the income to pay the rent.

    You still need a job.
