Sorry, but there has never been a player for the Braves (or any other MLB team) by that name.
There was, however, a player who bounced around in a couple of independent leagues by that name who just happened to be born on that day.

As to where to find his rookie card - that's going to be nearly impossible. Independent League cards are not exactly highly sought by collectors.
