Will Sebastian Bourdais ever win another Indycar race?
After 4 straight CART championships, Bourdais' career has slumped pretty heavily. Seems to be a few sign of a resurgence, but it's still a long way away from race victories. Can Sebastian find his way back to victory lane?

It is possible, however he will need stronger equipment, less mistakes on the track, and need to adapt better to these new DW12 machines.
You have to remember, the cars Bourdais drove back in Champ Car was the old chassis, and they were not exactly 100% to par with IndyCars in terms of technology and the way they handle. Also, I know Bourdais drove a bit in F1 if I am correct, and I know he has done some sports car racing.
Truth be told, if he wants to win in the IndyCar Series, he has to change quite a bit in regards to his racing style and such, and luck is also a big factor.
Simply to put it; he can, and he has more or less the same odds as every one else in rather competitive equipment, but the team needs more money, more practice time, and less mistakes.

It is quite surprising to me how bad he has gone down the tubes lately, but let's consider two factors about him:
(1) When he won his CCWS titles, who was he honestly racing against? Besides Paul Tracy a few times and Justin Wilson, there never were any real threats against him or Newman/Haas during those years.
(2) Who is he racing with now? I would think Dragon Racing would be much more competitive, and perhaps being stuck with Lotus last year hurt them, but they are pretty much backburners anymore, which is a shame really.
If he got a ride with a Ganassi or Andretti, then yes I think he could maybe rekindle some of his former glory, but the way he's driven this year is quite shocking to me.
Plus I'm a Penske fan, and I really didn't appreciate his bowling ball move at Detroit, but that's another rant for another question :)

Not if he keeps driving like he did last week (Detroit race). He is very talented and fast but i think time away from Indy (Izod) just made him a bit rusty.
