What dog breed is this?

My brother saw one in a music video and wanted to know, I can't think of the name for the life of me.

    A chow chow. They are the only dogs with purple or blue tongues.

    It's a chow, they are beautiful dogs and comes in black also and there's a panda chow (which is my favorite!) they are a good breed.
