Check engine codes ,please help?

I own a 97 Mitsubishi eclipse gs with a 420a non turbo. I have three codes, one is a p0420 which is catalysis bank one. The second code is a p0442 small leak/whole evap system and this last one is new and is a p0351 coil 1 primary or secondary circuit malfunction. The one code that is bothering me more is p0351, I have never replaced the coil could that be the problem ? When I test coil with multi meter it reads 14.7 ohms and should be around 11.5-12.5 could the ohms being higher than normal be the reason I get the cel? Also how can I check the pigtail for continuity ? To see if any wires a shorted ? Lastly for p0420 is it most likely a catalytic converter or an o2 sensor ? Thank you

Higher than spec resistance can cause the CEL to come on.

These codes are often systemic like your body not feeling well. If you have a headache, you don't lop your head off. It might be because you're hungry- then eat and your headache goes away. Test the coil to verify whether or not it's within specs. Check the evap components to see if they're working, not working, or affected by the other malfunctions. After all that the O2 sensor might work correctly again, but check it before putting out a barrel of money for a new one.
