Jeep calipers usually don't have the caliper piston freeze up...the caliper slide pins freeze up all the time. I've heated the metal that the slide pins go into with an oxyacetylene torch and gotten them out. You can either replace the caliper and bracket or if no money use a rotating wire brush and clean the pins good. You will also need to clean out the bracket holes that the pins ride in. I use a drill bit that fits in the bracket hole and use it ti ream out the hole. Use brake cleaner to clean the rust powder out of the hole after using the drill. Apply a generous amount of brake lube to the pins and work it into the bracket holes.
