Will Roger Federer be ranked #5 in the world if he doesn't win Wimbledon? + BQs?

I'm not good with ranking system, and I was wondering.

After the FO, whoever wins, Ferrer will be #4 and Nadal #5, right? (since Nadal won't win any point as defending champion).

Can Ferrer or Nadal become #3 and #4 after Wimbledon as they don't have many points to defend (R2 for Nadal and QF for Ferrer).

What does Federer have to do in order to stay #3?

Thanks for your help, I'm a bit confused.

BQ: If Federer is ranked #5, he'll start meeting top players (Djokovic, Murray, Nadal) in QF of tournaments. Do you think from that moment it will be too tough for him and he'll start losing in QF of every tournament?

Do you think he'll be able to get back to top 3 after being #5?

BQ2: What do you think the top 10 will look like at the end of the year?

BQ3: When do you think Federer will leave the top 5?

BQ4: Predictions for Wimbledon winner?

Update:

@Paul: Hum... That wasn't my question!

But if you want to know, the seeds in Wimbledon will be:

#1 Djokovic

#2 Murray

#3 Federer

#4 Ferrer

#5 Nadal since he withdrew from Halle.

But still, don't bother to open my question if you're going to give an irrelevant answer!

Well seeing how Federer won Wimbledon, and not taking into account how well he plays at Halle or any other tournaments he plays imbetween, he has 2000 Points to defend from his victory last year, if he won the tournament again, he's keep his 2000 points and wouldn't lose any, if he finished as the runner up, he'd lose 800 points, as the award for the runner up is 1200, Semi Finals he would lose 1280, Quarters he would lose 1640.

So then Nadal, who only won 45 points at wimbledon last year, could gain 1955 points if he wins the tournament, 1155 if he reaches final, 675 if he reached the Semi's.

Right now, Federer has 8000 points, but will lose i think 360 from this years French Open, leaving him with 7680, and Nadal currently has 6895, so he has every chance to overtake Federer, when it comes to Wimbledon.

Same story with Ferrer, he currently has 6740 points, and will gain 360 at least from this years french open, putting his ranking points at 7100, so if Federer only reached the Semi Finals at Wimbledon this year, he would drop down to 7200, leaving Ferrer with a great chance to overtake him, if he could reach the Semi Final's, i don't want to see Federer drop down to 5th anytime soon though.

BQ 1 - I still think he can beat Murray and Ferrer, regardless of rankings.

BQ 2 - Pretty much the same as now, I have sneaky feeling Haas might get in there, maybe in place of Gasguet, i'd like Haas to reach the world tour finals, after all his injuries and stuff, would be nice.

BQ3 - Sometime After US Open 2014, not yet

BQ4 - This years wimbledon will be really interesting, Djokovic, Federer, Nadal and Murray will all have a realistic and pretty much equal chance of winning it, i don't think it's been this tight in a long time, if i had to choose i'd say Djokovic over Nadal in the final.

Bigger question is whether Nadal will be seeded #5 at Wimbledon, and therefore be meeting either Novak, Roger or Andy in the quarters. Will Nadal's ranking going into Wimbledon be #5 now that he withdrew from Halle? Will the AELTC re-seed him ahead of Ferrer so we don't risk a Federer v Nadal, Noval v Nadal or Murray vs Nadal quarterfinal? Sure hope so. How anticlimatic.
