Can i still train even if i'm a little bit tired?

Been training hard all week... and got jiu jitsu class today... feel a little tired :S... but i feel like i'm up for it... can i still go :)

    As long as you don't have any health problems (like heart complaints) train as hard as you can! You seem to have the spirit of a champion.
