How to convince my father to let me study in India?

I am from Afghanistan and I finished high school in 2009 but I still haven't started university because I want to study in Lovely Professional University(LPU) India. But my father wouldn't allow me to study abroad telling me that study whatever you want but here in Afghanistan, not anywhere else and he gives me the reason that if you want to study, you can study anywhere. He also says that you will get spoiled(grow bad habits) if you are away from home.

But I don't want to study in Afghanistan because of the lower education level and also that I am 21 years old so I think I can handle myself away from home. But the problem is that I can't convince my father also my other family members are also against me going to India.

I want you ppl to help in how to convince my father. I tried talking to him many times but he wouldn't listen and try to ignore me like looking at the TV instead of listening to me or crack a joke instead of taking it seriously so that I would give up my idea of going abroad.

I need help ASAP.

One potential argument you could use is that studying abroad will make you more mature and more independent. I guess you could also use the argument that India is safer than Afghanistan. Good luck!

Just tell your father that LPU is the best option as it provides world class infrastructure and quality education with innovative learning environment and good placements. it has a technology driven vast campus with strong infrastructural facilities and world class curriculum.

Moreover LPU is providing credit transfer programmes which is the good option to have exposure of international universities.
