Anybody tried Raspberry Ketone and Colon Cleanse 1800?

Hi,

I'm currently trying to lose about 20lbs and was wondering if anyone had tried the combo-diet of mixing Raspberry Ketone and Colon Cleanse capsules? I've heard really good things about them. For the record, I have struggled with my weight for awhile and to the point of eating very little and now my metabolism doesn't work as well as I would like it to so I am hoping this would 'kick-start' it a bit. I also am eating healthier and am doing toning/cardio exercises 5-8 times a week.

If you have tried them, could you please tell me what you thought? How it made your body react? I am a 21 y/o female roughly 5'7ft and about 165lbs right now. I want to get in the 140-145lbs range.

Thank you!

Your colon stays clean with a healthy high fiber diet. It doesn't need cleansing.

As for the "bad build up" promoted by homeopathic practitioners medically licensed gastroenterologists repeatedly state they rarely come across patients with any type of residue along the intestinal walls. The ones they do find are suffering from a specific disease or other severe symptom causing the digestive system to function improperly.

The best way to clean your system is to stop putting toxins in. The largest source is our modern diet of processed and refined foods loaded with preservatives, additives, and concentrates. These throw off the normal functions of the entire body.

The best way to "cleanse and detox" is to reduce transit time. The amount of time it takes for food to exit the body. The average adult has a transit time of 50-60 hours. So something they ate for breakfast two days ago is still in their system. Yuck!

This leads to a condition called auto toxicity where the digestive system is working slow enough for toxins to be reabsorbed through the large intestine.

A high fiber diet can cut transit time to 24-30 hours. Search high fiber foods and focus on eating lots of those.

You will stress your immune system and lower metabolism further with this plan. You will lose weight but it will only be the excess food, waste, and sodium related water in your digestive tract. Not an ounce of stored fat.

Start a life diet of whole foods avoiding as much processed and refined food as possible. Eat plenty of it. Combined with the exercise you are doing that is the way to increase metabolic burn and truly lose stored fat.

And lose the ketones. They use acetone and lye to synthesize the ketones. Not good for the liver and kidneys.

A life diet of fresh foods from all the food groups and moderate exercise are the only way weight is truly lost.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHMZ7

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Add protein powder to sweet recipes (like these Rice Krispies treats) to further improve the nutrition.

My mom has tried both of them. They do help with weight loss... She also drank a glass of green tea a day because it really helps with slow metabolism. Good luck! (:

If you're constantly needing high-sugar, high-fat foods, it may mean you have to eat more protein.
