Is Nintendo E3 going to be on Spike this year 2013?

Sadly, Nintendo's smaller press conference has no place on Spike since they’re not intending to hold one. Avid game fans will be able to see all of Nintendo’s announcements via Nintendo Direct broadcasts, Still. All of the E3 Press conferences will be livestreamed on IGN's E3 site,

E3 2013 All-Access Programming Schedule for GT, Spike TV

All the press conferences will be airing LIVE on GT, plus dozens of exclusive world premieres and first looks at E3's hottest games. Here's a sneak peek of what's in store next week. All our coverage will air live worldwide on GameTrailers.com (and work on tablet and phones), and new for 2013, you can also watch every second live on Xbox Live and inside the GT iOS app.
