Phonetically, your spelling should be pronounced either as eye-LEN-ah or ill-LEN-ah.
To come closer to the pronunciation you seem to want, try
ILEANA
Pronounced: ih-lee-AH-nah
GENDER: Feminine
USAGE: Romanian, Spanish
Meaning & History
Possibly a Romanian variant of HELEN.
It rarely gets misspelled or mispronounced but is still quite unusual.
