    yes

    cognitive therapy

    some meds

    and a strong will

    and determination to get better

    i had it bad for a while

    now its very very mild

    keep stress under control and symptoms not as severe

    wont be easy but its totally possible to be healthy again and happy

    Talk about ignorant answers.

    A combination of therapy and a med like Luvox can do a lot of good.
