I am having trouble throwing strikes to a batter...?

I have had to pitch for my baseball team quite a bit this year. I dont have any problems with my windup or my mechanics (according to my coach) but every time i pitch to a batter i have a really hard time throwing strikes.even in batting practice. But when its just me and the catcher with no batter i have no problems. my fastball is on point and my breaking pitches do what i want. I am pretty sure it is just in my head but even if i don't focus on the batter and just play "catch" with the catcher i have difficulty. how do u suggest i fix my problem?

I used to always just think of 4 letters in my head and switch up when i would throw pitches. This made it harder to steal and made me think less of the batter.

Focus and concentrate on the mark and your catcher. It seems like the batter intimates you.

    Just my input.

Maybe the coach could work with you more...

    Good luck...
