I want to know if i need to order it from dishnetwork, or if its going to be a free channel in my package. Does anyone know anymore information on Fox Sports 1 other than when it is coming?

Fox Sports 1 is debuting on Aug. 17 to replace Speed. For Dish customers, it's expected to be part of the America's Top 200 package.

Absolutely, FOX sporting activities is headquartered in LA and now not ny as one answerer prompt. Furthermore, the dream fit up would have been Dodgers/Yankees as far as television is involved. This could be the absolute best rated and biggest draw. Given that the Phillies beat the Dodgers, FOX most surely is rooting for the Yankees to avoid wasting their television score. A Phillies/Angels World sequence just would not give them the hype. Last 12 months's Phils/Rays series used to be nothing so far as tv is worried. Sadly, it is all about cash and whether or not you like them or now not (I hate them) Yankees equal cash.
