You are asking a lot. There is no software that I know of that will help you do this. The best thing to do is if you live near a vietnamese community, go to a temple or church. They usually have classes to teach young children or young adult vietnamese. Sign up for the classes. You will need to work hard. Don't expect to pick up all this in 6 months. It will take several years.
