Yes, cod ghosts will be made for xbox one and xbox 360 as well as, ps3, ps4, pc, and wii u. However with xbox one and xbox 360 users may not be able to play together not sure though.

I'm pretty sure X-box 360 games can go into the X-box 1 and yes most likely COD Ghosts will be for the X-box 1

It will be for all consoles, but I wouldn't get it for Xbox One. All fanboy stuff aside, the PS4 will have more exclusive content for Destiny, and the online experience will be much better due to the new subscription fee, sort of like Xbox LIVE. But if you like COD more, then get it for the Xbox, but trust me, by the looks of it, more people will buy the PS4, plus, its a hundred dollars cheaper(Xbox=499 PS4=399). These are just suggestions, I'm not telling you which one is better, I'm just saying that you will get more bang for less buck. But, totally up to you.
