I was going through my sons room and I stumbled upon a little brown cardboard box and inside were a ton of these small wax paper baggies. What are theses
They are under an inch wide by like 3 inches long. I've done some research and stumbled upon what I think is what I needed, from what I've read surfing the web, these could possibly be a box of new empty heroin glassines... Please tell me I'm wrong. They do look like they could possibly hold a single stamp. They are blue tinted also

envelopes roughly two by three? They're for stamps.
Describe them as "wax paper" and "baggie" is mutually contradictory. Wax paper is inherently stiff.
