Instead of trading for Danny Granger...How about Luol Deng?
Heres the proposed trade i've come up with:
#1 pick + 19th pick for Deng + 20th pick.
Instead of going for an unproven scorer in the NBA(probably be Porter) go for a proven all star in Deng. The Cavaliers have had enough of loosing. It's time to win and make the playoffs.
PG: Irving/Livingston
SG: Waiters/Ellington/Karasev
SF: Deng/Gee/Rice Jr.
PF: Thompson/K. Martin
C: Varejao/Zeller/Nogueria
Assign Kevin Jones to D-Leauge all season to let him develop. Let CJ Miles, Marrese Spieghts, Luke Walton, Daniel Gibson, Omri Casspi, and Chris Quinn walk. Re-sign Shaun Livingston(1 yr.+1 team option for 2 mil) and Wayne Ellington(3 yr. 9 mil). Sign Kenyon Martin to vet. minimum./1 yr.
Draft Sergey Karasev with the 20th pick.----->I say he is the next Manu Ginobili.
Draft Glen Rice Jr. with pick 30.
Draft Lucas Nogueira with pick 33.
With this, you have a playoff contending squad, and with some expiring contacts, the Cavs can win in 2014 free agency. (possibly LeBron?)

Why your putting all your eggs in one basket here. If lebron Torches Cleveland again then they are pretty much set back. You want to get youth out of a trade if you trade the 1st pick not a old vet player thats good years is already past him.
You also don't want to make a division rival alot younger remember Lebron could go to chicago to think about it Rose Noel Lebron boozer.

First round sg is really good shooter and takes it strong to the basket.or they can get norlens and have a decent pf. All I know deng isn't going any where because Chicago needs him and with D rose coming back he won't want to leave. I agree they shouldn't get granger he's a good scorer but injuries are a issue with him like the pacers could
