The sims 3 will log in on the site but not on the launcher?

Lately i have not been able to login to the sims 3 launcher at the start before playing the game nor in the actual game! I super patched it and uninstalled it completely than reinstalled it... i tried making a new account on my pc and tried to login but it didnt work. I had contacted EA support at www.helpea.com or what eva the site is and they didnt seem to help... my game is fully updated and working its just that stupid login thing... EA had told me to wait 72 hours LAST WEEK from the specialist team and i did and they have not contacted me at all! I do not get any error message what so ever, it just flickers once and does nothing! I promise you i remember my password and stuff and my computer is FULLY updated! I tried everything for this to fix... please do not tell me just play the game without the login, i have lots of store content that i would LOVE to use but cant download and install because i cant login FROM THE LAUNCHER... i repeat i can login in the sims 3 website but CANNOT in the launcher!!!
