How to pay off my student debt?
I did one semester in University and then had to take the semester off because I stupidly forgot to pay for that previous semester. Can I still apply for osap after the year? or could I get a loan from a bank to pay it off?
because as of right now im financially ineligible to apply for any other semesters till I pay off my debt to the university. and I NEED to get back in lol

No. You have to apply for OSAP while you are in the semester you want OSAP for. You cannot apply after the study period is over.
Try a student loan or borrow from family to pay this off

I certainly would not recommended a bank loan. Even if you could get one, interest rates are too high.
Why didn't you get a student loan? You might still be able to get one for the previous year. Otherwise, work till you pay it off.
