What is happening to me?
Im not making this up.
So lately ive been having these dreams of a guy around my age, and he is always speaking in Russian (my first language) saying, "dont worry love. Our love will always win against them." and he would always kiss my on the cheek before id wake up. And yesterday I saw someone at my church who looked EXACTLY like him and ive never seen him until that day in real life. As I was walking to my car trying to leave someone pulled me around and I looked and it was him and he said, "Why are you running away from me? Is love a game to you?" and yeah I just stood there and he walked away.

When we sleep a part of us goes into other dimensions. So, it sounds like you really did meet up with him in another dimension. And, both of you are remembering it.
