Is there anything I can do about morning sickness? Please help!!!?

I am fifteen weeks pregnant with my first baby. My first trimester was completely unlivable. Not only did I hate food , but I was afraid to eat because I didn't want to throw up.

By my twelfth week I felt a lot better. By my thirteenth week I stopped throwing up all together. But I still get nauseous every day and all day it's is just as bad as the first because I feel miserable.

I've seen a lot of posts that say the medications doctors provide only relieve vomiting , so my question is since I no longer vomit is there any relief to nausea? Anything i can ask my doctor for, buy at the store, or change at home? Anything?!!! Any at all I will try anything that won't harm my baby please help!!!

What I found useful with the nausea was either marie-biscuits or sour sweets such as rascals or sour worms etc

Took the nausea away for quiet sometime, when it did return it wasn't soo bad, I could stand it as it would eventually pass :)

    Congrats :)

    Hope it helps :)
