Headache and fatigue after exercising?
I started walking on Monday in hopes that it would help lessen my anxiety and also so that I could just feel better all around. but after every time I've gone out, I get a headache and don't feel like doing anything for the rest of the day because I'm so tired. i didn't go out on tuesday because it was raining and i didnt have a headache or anything, but then i went out yesterday and after i had the headache and tiredness again. this is the first real physical activity I've done in a while, so could it be because my body isn't used to it or could it be something more serious? this is really worrying me.

I think you are on the right track - but it pays to be cautious. If you continue to experience headaches and fatigue, you may want to see a doctor to make sure they aren't signs of a more serious condition.
Maybe take shorter walks, and build up to longer ones. Do other exercises as well - I've been practicing Yoga for about 6-7 years now, and without any equipment (past a mat) you can get a full workout using resistance and gravity.
It also has the advantage of being scalable, you don't immediately jump into difficult poses - instead you do various modifications or simpler poses and work your way up (with the focus being on doing them correctly).
