It depends. Sometimes it's flattering, sometimes it isn't.
Make sure you're confident, but not too cocky. And try to not over-flatter... it just makes you sound cliche and desperate. By friendly and smiley, not too touchy or invasive.
Look for her reactions. Leave as soon as you get the sign you're not getting anywhere.
