How to get a girls number?

I was running at the park and when she rode by me on her bike smiled at me, and then again when she passed me again, before going over and laying in the grass. She was really cute. How in the heck would I have stopped her and what would I say?

Update:

Would it have been weird to walk up to her in the grass?

Just say "excuse me, I've seen you a around a few times, can I have your number"

It's more about actually having the courage to ask her and less about what you say.

Buy a rope. Take one end, and using (approx) 14 inches - the average male peanus size (coincidence) - form a loop. with that loop, knot it together with the John Partridge Boy Scout Triple Elf knot - taught to all infants at birth. Return to the park. Get there at 7:22 am. Make sure you hydrate. I personally suggest gatorade prime mixed with vodka and sweat. You will see the girl. Do not pounce. Wait until she is 15-16.2 feet away and then toss your ******* lassoo at that *****. Once you have trapped her, take her home and lock her in your smallest cupboard- much like harry potter lived in. Then refuse to feed her for 2 days. On the 3rd day, offer her 2 pods of green beans, in return for her number. I have personally never done this, but James Franco explained it in an interview. and im sure he gets alot of females. Trust me Andrew.

You could always start by starting a conversation with her then go your really " insert compliment here" is it possible that i may have your phone number? That does the trick.
