Chase won't let me buy something online?

I just bought something from a website yesterday and I went to buy from the same website but Chase isn't allowing it. Is there somewhere I can go on Chase.com to change the settings or something?

They are likely concerned that your card was stolen. Call them up and let them know it was your purchase.

Another option is that they may have had problems dealing with this business before, an example would be a lot of charge backs due to fraud.

If you are attempting to use your card on offshore casino betting, and you live in the U.S. they likely won't allow the transaction to happen again because it is against the law.

Lastly, make sure if your card is tied to a bank account that you have enough money. If it is an actual credit card then you may have reached your credit limit.

All of this boils down to you need to call the bank. There phone number is printed on the back of your card.
