Unfortunately, we can't say what you need to do to "fix it" as we don't know what speeds you're paying for.

Speed issues are so complex a simple fix is NEVER going to be easy, there are just too many things which could be the cause.
Why not ask your internet provider what you should be getting, at least then you will know if its good or bad - we cant even tell you that because we do not know what your ISP has promised you should get.
