She's not ready yet, don't force her. Loosing virginity is a big step for a girl, especially if she is religious or had a previously bad break up\relationship.

Most girls are scared that it will hurt, or don't realise how "fun" sex can be because masturbation is difficult or they just don't feel in the mood.

A lot of girls have body confidence issues thanks to the media and won't want you to see them naked. I suggest you just stay at third base. I'm 18 and me and my girlfriend did loose our virginity to each other, but at first she was very scared. She still does have body issues and doesn't necessarily like sex unless she's just come off her period, for her that's when she wants it most.

The biggest problem for us is the location, we rarely have a house to ourselves, and privacy concerns and pregnancy fears is a mood killer. Hang on I've just read that first bit again, she's cheating. She doesn't want to have sex with you because sex is a lot more emotional and she doesn't want that connection with you. If you're not happy in your relationship I suggest you look elsewhere, you shouldn't cheat like this especially it gets complicated and emotional.
