I will venture to guess that you are not in a position where your own (incorrect) decisions could cause deaths of other people. Because if you ever *were*, one would hope that you understood that mathematical modelling, and simulations are just not the same thing as actual experimental confirmation.

Feel free to tell NASA administrators how stupid they and their scientists are, and how you could shorten the time-frames for manned missions, cutting out the need for all this silly ''stupid stuff'' (note spelling of -stupid- for later reference...) such as safety margins, experimental verification and all that jazz.

(Be prepared for a replay of the Challenger video and a few pointed questions about how quickly you would or would not have approved that launch...)
