Anxiety related to headaches?
I've been getting headaches on and off every day for five days now. sometimes it's only on one side, sometimes it's only in one spot, and sometimes it's my whole head. the pain varies and sometimes it just feels like pressure. I have anxiety so that's making me worry about this more than I normally would, and of course I keep thinking of worst case scenarios (brain tumor, brain aneurysm, etc). I know it's probably just from my anxiety but I'm still worried.

Sorry to hear you have so much anxiety. Headaches like that are common, but it doesn't mean it's not important to find out the underlying problem.
If you didn't have the headaches do you think you would still have the anxiety? One could be leading to to the other - anxiety can cause headaches and headaches can lead to anxious thoughts about why you have the headaches. Another type of illness can also cause both anxiety and headaches.
It could just be that your body is fighting a bacterial infection or virus which may just last a week or so and then start feeling better. If you still have these symptoms it could be something else and you should just have a chat to your doctor. Write down all of your symptoms, even if minor and you think they're unrelated and tell your doctor.
In the meantime, just dry deep breathing and doing things you normally enjoy and see if your symptoms lessen. :)
Take care.
