Systolic pressure always higher than normal but diastolic always normal, what could this mean?

I am a 23 year old male, 6ft 72kg. Whenever I measure my blood pressure my systolic pressure seems to be higher than normal. Usually it is at 130 and sometimes at 140. However my diastolic is constantly at 70, sometimes reaches 80 and in rare cases 60. So the usual reading is almost always 130/70.

Why is this happening? Should I be concerned? What can I do to make it normal?
