Sweating, Hands constricted to almst closed,fast breathing and no blood pressure?
This is what happened the other day to me...I started sweating at the doctors office..then my hands started to cramp up and close..then I started hyperventilating, dizzy I had to ask the secretary to call 911. I could not get enough air and had black diareah. I could not hold my bowels in the ambulance. Anyone? I recovered after about 4 hours in the er with fluids..docs were stumped and said it was not anxiety..I felt like I was dying

Hyperventillation can cause your hands to cramp - sometimes feet, too. This is called carpopedal spasm, and is due to the temporary chemical changes caused by hyperventillation. It can also make you feel dizzy.
Not sure what the diarrhea was about. But if the doctors were stumped I don't know that you will find answers here!
