How long does the process take because even tho he was released he has to go back to the same judge monday

Something went wrong with his release order papers if he is going back to see the judge on Monday. One time the court put the wrong county jail on my friends release papers so they didn't let her out of jail because that wasn't the county she was in. She had to wait an extra weekend in jail before she could see the judge and they could correct the paperwork.

You'll see him on Monday. Its the weekend and all the courts are closed. He's been there this long. Another couple of days won't hurt. Sorry
