should everybody be aloud to be parents or guardians?

how about a licence to have custody of on coming children. or universal condom coverage. meaning the government covers all contraceptives. it would save the government huge on welfare, courts. by just giving a complete idiot a condom. lets not make an unemployable moron think too hard on how to pay for contraception. classes to teach people how to be a parent and to weed out stupidity. this is the future.

thanks- old white. my grammar sucks. i know. but when it comes to being a dad. i take a great amount of pride in that role. but i constantly see parents not give a crap. abusive parents. parents losing there kids to child protective service and having another without a second thought.

    Only those with correct sentence structure and spelling should allowed to be parents.
