Vein on my left arm is popping out.. help?
my vein on my left arm pops up when my arm is down. why does this happen. also im getting the random aches on my left arm too. its been like this for a few days now. its the vein on my left arm on right side of forearm. just pops up from my wrist to my elbow really big.
fyi i had blood drawn from that arm about a week ago. could that be cause?

The vasculairty in only one arm is perfectly normal. My right forearm and bicep has way more visible veins, and a lot of people have the same issue. Usually it is your less dominant arm (but not in my case). You should probably lay off for a day or two and let whatever you strained, heal.
