What is the weight of a square foot of aluminium siding?
Ok, I asked this same question about a week ago, and people seemed to think it was some sort of riddle, and kept asking me for the exact demension's of my piece of aluminium siding, thing is...I do not have a piece of aluminium siding, if I did, I would throw it on a postal scale, get the exact wieght, and never have to ask the question.
So here once again is my question, "What is the weight of a square foot of aluminium siding?" The more accurate, the better.
I choose best answer, not the voters.
Once again, if I had a piece of Aluminium siding, I would not need to figure out the thickness, as I would just throw it on the scale...
The best answer goes to the person who goes to thier garage, finds a piece of aluminium siding, and throws it on a scale.

It depends on the thickness of the siding, but about 10 or 11oz per square foot is typical. Based on
rollex 4in double non-insulated siding.

Your question cannot be answered. A square foot (length x width) of aluminum must have thickness, i,e, a third dimension.
Aluminum has a density of 2.7g/ml i.e. mass/unit volume
If you supply the thickness measurement we would have the volume of your piece of aluminum and, using the density given above calculate the weight.
