Do i have a criminal record?

Please serious answers only and tell me the full honest truth. Well when i was 14 i got into some harassment trouble and they reported me. i got a call from the police station that night to go to the police station the next day for questioning and the next day me and the officer met and talked about the harassment case and some inappropriate pics i sent and that it was a serious charge and i could spend time in jail and after questioning me back and forth question after question he decided to let me go on the warning that i was to stop and be a good citizen and i promised. if i didnt stop next time he was going to really arrest me and have me serve time. he didn't handcuff me or convict me of anything no fingerprinting or pic taken just questioning and let go with a warning and to follow that warning and everything will be dropped. but do i have anything on my record i have done nothing wrong since then
