Try the basic troubleshooting steps below if you are having problems using the new Yahoo Mail.

Yahoo is moving everyone using Yahoo Classic to the new Yahoo Mail.  Here's an overview of the new Yahoo mail - http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&id=SLN8821&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1371350861871&locale=en_US&y=PROD_MAIL_ML

You can switch back to Yahoo Classic by using this link - http://mrd.mail.yahoo.com/switchclassic  You will need to bookmark this link and use it every time you want to use Yahoo Mail Classic.

It should work until July 9, 2013.  At that time you will be required to update from Yahoo Classic to the new Yahoo Mail in order to access your email.
