I THINK I NEED TO CHANGE THE FUEL PUMP ON A 1990 OLDS CUTLASS CIERA. WHERE IS IT LOCATED?

It's mounted inside the fuel tank. Check to be sure it isn't a fuse or a relay before spending all that money, though. If the pump is bad, it's a good idea to replace the filter, too --- they don't get changed much, and a clogged filter often leads to failed pump.

inside the gas tank ! you have to drop the tank to change it ! how do you know it,s the pump ? it could be the pump relay or fuse if it,s not kicking on !
