People on my email contact list are receiving emails that I did not send. What do I do to stop them?

Apparently the emails have a link to a Viagra site.

    1. Change your password on your old account. And nothing lame..

    2. Run Malwarebytes (the free version is fine)

    delete what they tell you to.

    3. see if that does it.

    Email clients normally let you make more than one email address. Make another address and delete the old address. Change your password for that account.
