Little red bumps and white coating on tongue, sore gums and more?
a little while ago i started experiencing some symptoms that are really worrying me. I have a burning sensation on my tongue, as well as little red bumps and a whitish coating. there are also little bumps on the sides of the back of my tongue like when you accidentally bite your tongue. my gums are also a little sore but I get that from time to time, and my throat has been sore on my left side for a day or two. lastly my jaw feels sore whenever I yawn or open my mouth wide. what could all of this be and is it something serious?

The jaw could just be TMJ. I have that but the gums might be gum disease from the lack of brushing properly. For the tongue just spread salt over it and try to keep it on there as long as possible.Then rinse with salt water and repeat. It helped with my bumps and white coating.
