Do you ever fear what tomorrow will bring?

I've been suffering with anxiety caused by anti-depressants. I have had many, many bad days and very few good ones. When I do have a good day, I'm afraid to go to sleep because tomorrow could very well be bad. Today was half bad and half good. I'm feeling pretty good now. I don't want to have a bad tomorrow. It's been tough!
