Well I recently had an interview at a fast food restaurant & was hired on the spot... It's my first job as well.

It went a little bit like this:

Tell me a little bit about yourself? (this is when you gush about how motivated, positive, reliable, hardworking, friendly & etc you are)

Do you like working alone or with a team?

Do you take initiative or have to be told when to do things?

    What are your strength/weaknesses?

Tell me a time when you had to deal with unpleasant criticism from a customer/teacher/coach ?

If a customer is mean/rude to you how would you react? ( always remember the customer is always right so continue to stay calm, smile and apologize)

Why do you want to work here? (you should say something like you love what the company stands for, and love how they treat their customers)

Why should I hire you? ( ex: I am the best candidate for this job because I am highly motivated with a compassion for making people happy. I am also willing to learn and will to my best to get the job done.)

    Good Luck! :)
