How to care for a crippled Cecrophia Moth? It has one antennae.?
This large, beautiful Moth was floundering on the grass so I took it in but no idea on how to care for it. I heard they do not eat, no mouth parts? So does it need water and how to do this?... I placed it in an open large shoe box with a mesh cloth over it and it climbed to the highest point and is quite calm in the corner behind the mesh/lace cloth.
