Is there any such thing as a service provider with a router that provides unlimited data?
The bill amount isn't really an issue as long as its under $75 a month. I just want a router with an unlimited data plan.

Yes, there are. I don't know where you live, so I can't tell you what local ISPs would give unlimited data.
My ISP has no data cap. (Insight)
My friend's ISP has no data cap. (Frontier)
My father's ISP has no data cap. (Wide Open West)
Wired internet connections with data caps are rare and should be boycotted.
