What's the strangest thing that you have ever born witness to?

Strange? um can some of it be beautiful too and not just scary strange?

And ok if not exactly in perfect chron order?

- The hands of Arlo Guthries young lady love as she sat in the middle of

the floor oblivious to so many milling about waiting anxiously for his

arrival for his surprise birthday. She was sewing an almost sheer white

shirt from scratch that appeared to be some kind of kit or something.

A tunic from India. I so wanted hands like her. Sweet, soft, delicate

but I was awkward and ashamed because at 12 I was already almost

bigger, rougher than her. Afraid my hands would be like father's.

- The feet of the man on the corner, strangely wrapped in rags in

such a strange fashion, it startled me and caused me to look up...

and up up up and holy cow was he tall, or so it seemed at the tine

but no way it could have been one and the same man I saw as an adult

so many years later on an album cover... unless there was more than

one viking and more than one moon doggie, but I remember the drums

all righty

- The beautiful barber chair with exquisite engraving in the metal and

fine soft leather that I loved spinning around in until I was dizzy and

belonged to Phil Ochs, though I didn't know who he was at the time.

Was out of town for a long tour so he sublet his apartment on Prince

to some old friends and this funky little ivory skull tie tack I found

in a little wooden box that was wrapped with a love letter and I took

and wore in my right ear as earring for quite some time till it got lost

during my many travels.

- The meaning of a beautiful flower some funky poet caused me to

look up because he stressed it in all caps and I was stunned

and delighted feeling as if he purposely led me to a bit of magika

- The old cobblestone streets deep somewhere in Asto Ria before

it became like Little Greece, when police on horses would patrol

at the crack of dawn before San Gennaro parade... and the sound

of the horses hooves was still as much a part of delicious morning air

as the sound of clinking milk bottles and the song of the birds

I saw a cryptid animal flying across the sky when I was in the Caribbeans on vacation.

There's been few eyewitness stories over the years on what I saw. It is some sort of flying reptile.
