Is it wrong to not include my husbands twin in a birthday party I want to have for my husband?

    absolutely. if it is a birthday party then you'll probably be inviting other people to celebrate with you and your husband. that's his twin -- have respect for your husband because his twin is the closest person to him, yes dear, you come after his twin.

    I have identical mirror-image twin sons, both married with families. BUT, my sons mean everything to each other, and it's a relationship that could never be pushed aside.

    If the birthday party is only for 2 of you, then no.

    If there is someone else, then depend on how close your husband and his twin. But mostly you should include him.
